Welcome to G-pa’s Fired Pizza! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website

Our website is provided to give you information about our pizza trailer, menu, pricing, and to allow you to contact or book with us. You agree not to misuse this site in any way, including attempting to interfere with its normal function or using it for unauthorized purposes.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to reserve your event date.

  • Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 14 days before your scheduled event.

  • Final payment is due on or before the day of the event.

3. Event Terms

  • We require access to a safe and legal parking area for our trailer.

  • Our team will arrive early for setup and depart after cleanup.

  • If weather or safety concerns prevent setup, we will do our best to reschedule.

  • Guest count and add-ons must be finalized at least 7 days before the event.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: Full refund of deposit.

  • Cancellations within 15 days: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • If we cancel due to an emergency or mechanical issue, your deposit will be refunded in full.

5. Food Allergies & Safety

We strive to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee a nut-free or allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All pricing is subject to applicable Connecticut sales tax (7.35%) and gratuity (if applicable). Travel fees may apply for events located more than 30 miles from our base in Norwich, CT.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logo, and branding—is the property of G-pa’s Fired Pizza and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
